PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Traditional bactericides are a class of low-dosage, high-efficiency, non-polluting, broad-spectrum industrial preservatives and bactericides, formulated from a combination of various bactericides and enhancers such as isothiazolones, azine aldehydes, and organic bromine. This product is divided into HQFG, XZ, and TF models. These bactericides exhibit strong killing and inhibitory effects on microorganisms present in pulp, starch, and white water. They are suitable for the production of various paper types, including packaging paper, cultural paper, specialty paper, white cardboard, and household paper.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Directly use a metering pump to add the substance continuously or intermittently at locations such as the headbox, white water tank, pre-paper making tank, and starch storage tank. The typical dosage per ton of paper is 100-500g. Specific addition locations and quantities should be based on the on-site guidance of technical personnel.

PRECAUTIONS

It is irritating to the skin and eyes, so protective equipment should be worn during use and operation. If it is accidentally splashed into the eyes or on the skin, rinse with plenty of water. In severe cases, seek medical attention. This product should be stored in the dark and at room temperature, with a shelf life of twelve months.

ONLINE SYNTHESIS BACTERICIDE SERIES

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

This series of bactericides reacts with hypochlorite online to generate a highly active monovalent chlorine intermediate - bromochloramine salt, whose activity is more than ten times that of hypochlorous acid. It is selective against bacteria and algae containing groups such as -S-O-H, -S-H, and -S-S, has no degradation effect on fibers, and no corrosion to equipment. When used at a dosage of 0.02-0.05% of pulp, it can kill 99% of microorganisms. It also has the function of decomposing odors, thus maintaining system cleanliness, achieving no rotten pulp and no odor, which is of practical significance for current environmental protection requirements. During product use, a dedicated addition device is equipped to enable automatic online addition. The product model is LD.

Self-service chemical dosing equipment

The dosing equipment for this product is independently developed by our company. Its core components are all equipped with high-end imported configurations, such as PLC control systems, dedicated high-flow dosing pumps and water pumps, and online pH detection devices, ensuring ultimate precision and stability in system operation. Its excellent performance makes it widely applicable to various types of paper, including cultural paper, packaging paper, and household paper, and perfectly matches the needs of paper machines with different speeds, ranging from large to medium to small.

It is added to the pre-paper-making pool, pulp washing tank, broken paper pool, or white water pool during the papermaking process. The dosage per ton of paper is generally 200-500 grams. The specific ratio and dosage of the bactericide and hypochlorite should refer to the number of bacteria in the system and the type of paper, and the specific instructions of technical personnel on site shall prevail.
