Qingdao Xiangze Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in 1994. Its predecessor was a research and production integrated enterprise (Pingdu Huaqiang Special Chemicals Factory) jointly established by the Pingdu Labor Bureau and the Chemical Defense Research Institute of Qingdao. In 1998, it was recognized as a high-tech enterprise by the Qingdao Science and Technology Commission and has successively won honors such as "Advanced Tax-paying Enterprise" and "Advanced Collective". In 2002, the enterprise underwent restructuring and officially became Qingdao Xiangze Chemical Co., Ltd. In 2003, the company's products were rated as "High-quality, Excellent and Key Recommended Products" by the Fine Chemicals Professional Committee of the China Chemical Industry Society.

 The company primarily produces paper sterilizers, paper deodorizers, mold inhibitors, and other products, covering categories such as paper chemicals, rubber chemicals, household chemicals, and coating chemicals. It specializes in the research, development, and production of specialty chemicals, paper chemicals, and fine chemical products. Many of the company's products are among the earliest to be developed and industrialized domestically, with product quality and performance reaching advanced levels in the industry. The company's products are sold throughout the country and exported to foreign countries.
