PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Due to the recycling and utilization of a large amount of waste paper, the development of printing technology, and the use of adhesives, the quantity and types of stickies entering the paper machine system have increased. Furthermore, with the decreasing amount of fresh water used, when the retention rate of colloidal substances on the fiber surface is relatively low, the concentration of stickies in the system increases, which can contaminate the wire section, felt, drying cylinder, etc. of the paper machine, and also cause paper defects such as pinholes and black spots, leading to paper breaks. This product is divided into models KC-601, KC-602, and KC-603, which have the functions of stripping, dispersing, encapsulating, and cleaning. It can effectively prevent the formation of various adhesive deposits and does not interfere with other chemical additives added to the paper machine system.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Add this product to the place near the front where adhesive obstacles occur and where mixing is good, with a dosage of 0.2-0.8kg per ton of paper. The specific dosage should be subject to the on-site guidance of technical personnel. Before using this product, the paper machine system must be thoroughly cleaned to avoid stripping the formed deposits and causing poor operation of the paper machine.

PRECAUTIONS

This product is stored in the dark and at room temperature, with a shelf life of twelve months.

Packaged in 25Kg, 200Kg, 1000Kg non-toxic all-plastic drums or according to customer requirements.
