PRODUCT OVERVIEW

With the closed circulation of white water in the papermaking system, organic substances such as fine fibers and starch hydrolyzates in the white water give rise to a large number of anaerobic bacteria and lactic acid bacteria, which cause fermentation, acidification, odorization of the white water, and deterioration of the paper. In order to better ensure the quality of paper and improve the production environment in the workshop, our company has specially developed the latest liquid deodorant. This series of products have deodorizing and cleaning effects, with the most prominent features being rapid, efficient, low-toxic, and non-polluting. They are suitable for use in papermaking, industrial circulating water, and other fields. This product is divided into Model E, Model H, and Model G.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

It can be added to various locations during the papermaking process, such as the forebay, pulp washing tank, pressure screen, white water tank, and sewage tank. To treat odors in the air, it can be diluted and added through a spray device. The dosage per ton of paper is approximately 200-500 grams, and the specific amount needs to be determined based on the customer's water quality analysis. Both continuous dripping and intermittent addition are acceptable, and the specific method should be guided by technical personnel on site.

PRECAUTIONS

Deodorant E is a Class VIII corrosive chemical, and direct contact with eyes should be avoided! In case of contact, immediately flush with plenty of water without delay! Prolonged contact with skin is not recommended, and protective equipment should be worn during operation; this product must not come into contact with acidic substances, reducing substances, or other organic chemical components; this product is stored in the dark and at room temperature, with a shelf life of twelve months.

PACKAGE

Packaged in 25Kg, 200Kg, 1000Kg non-toxic all-plastic drums or as per customer requirements.
