PRODUCT OVERVIEW

This product can be widely used in various paper machines and paper types. The product is divided into HB-01 and HB-02 models. It has the following advantages: it completely solves the problem of cylinder sticking during papermaking, maintains system cleanliness, and ensures paper sheets are free of oil stains. It can achieve good peeling, lubricating, and gloss-enhancing effects. It can reduce paper breakage, fluffing, and powder falling. It significantly improves the smoothness and glossiness of paper without affecting its strength, thus enhancing the quality of the finished paper. Additionally, it provides good lubrication and protection for the drying cylinder wrinkling blade, extending the blade's service life. It requires minimal usage and is easy to operate.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Use the drying cylinder stripping agent spraying equipment for online spraying, with continuous addition; spray onto the surface of the drying cylinder or add it online for dilution and in-pulp addition. The specific dosage should be based on the on-site guidance of technical personnel.

PRECAUTIONS

This product is stored in the dark and at room temperature, with a shelf life of six months.

Packaged in 25Kg, 200Kg, 1000Kg non-toxic all-plastic drums or as per customer requirements.
