PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Our cleaning and sanitizing agent is a mixture of various surfactants, penetrants, solvents, dispersants, etc. It is designed to remove organic or inorganic aggregates deposited on forming nets, felt cloth, and the interior of the system. It can effectively remove various pollutants such as resin, sizing agents, and adhesives. It has the advantages of extremely low foam, rapid emulsification, good wettability, strong chelating ability, and excellent rinsing performance. This product is divided into models XC-101, XC-102, XC-103, XC-105, XC-201, XC-01, and XC-302.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Felt Cleaner: It can be used as both an intermittent wire cleaning agent and an online wire cleaning agent. When used as an online cleaning agent, a metering pump can be used to add the product to low-pressure (3-4 bar) spray water, which is then sprayed onto the paper-receiving surface of the wire through a fan nozzle. The recommended concentration is 1%-5%. For intermittent cleaning, the recommended concentration is 5%. Specific instructions should be followed as directed by technical personnel on site.

2. System Cleaner: For cleaning pulp and paper-making systems, the usage concentration should be controlled at 1-5%, depending on the degree of contamination and cleaning frequency. During use, it is recommended to circulate the system for 30-60 minutes before thoroughly rinsing with clean water. Increasing the temperature (above 60°C) can enhance the cleaning speed and reduce circulation time. This product can be used to complete the circulating cleaning of vacuum couch rolls and vacuum press rolls. Specific instructions should be followed as directed by technical personnel on site.

3. Forming wire cleaner: Spray directly onto the paper-receiving surface of the forming wire to prevent the accumulation and blockage of deposits. The recommended dosage is 200-800ppm. Specific instructions should be followed as directed by technical personnel on site.

4. Dryer wire cleaning agent: After the paper machine shuts down, put the dryer wire into a creeping state, turn on the spray water to wet the entire bed of dryer wire and the drying cylinder, and reduce the temperature of the drying cylinder to 50-60℃. Turn on the chemical addition pump (dilute the chemical solution to 20% concentration in advance) and use the spray pipe to rinse the entire bed of dryer wire. In the creeping state, ensure that the chemical solution is soaked for 40-50 minutes. Stop the chemical addition pump and turn on the high-pressure spray pipe to clean all the residual chemical solution on the dryer wire.

PRECAUTIONS

This product is irritating to the skin and eyes, so protective gear should be worn during use and handling. If it accidentally splashes onto the eyes or skin, rinse with plenty of water. In severe cases, seek medical attention. This product should be stored in the dark and at room temperature, with a shelf life of twelve months.
